This website provides general information about Virginia Coastal Transportation and a way to submit ride requests. Content may be changed as services evolve.

Requests are not confirmations

Submitting a form or preferred time does not guarantee availability or create a confirmed ride. A ride is pending until we review the details and communicate separate approval or confirmation.

Quotes and payment

Standard fares are published at vct.cocre8ai.com/pricing/, starting at a $20 minimum. Trips outside the published rates are priced individually after review. Any accepted quote, payment timing, cancellation expectations, waiting time, or additional arrangements should be confirmed directly before service.

Rider information

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, pickup, destination, timing, and assistance information. Please promptly communicate changes that could affect the trip.

Availability and service area

Service is centered in Virginia Beach. Surrounding Hampton Roads requests are evaluated individually and are not guaranteed. Delays or changes may occur due to traffic, weather, vehicle conditions, emergencies, or other circumstances.

Appropriate use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful, harmful, or misleading information.
